講座題目:Designing food and wine experiences with culture
內(nèi)容::Wine and food tourism is more than tasting. Wine and food tourism experiences enable people to get a sense of place and its culture. The presentation identifies the elements of food and wine cultural heritage and explains how they can be embedded into the design of food and wine tourism experiences. Emphasis is given to the role of food and wine heritage to create transformational experiences that enhance the well-being of consumers and communities.
主講人介紹:Marianna Sigala教授,,博士生導(dǎo)師,,現(xiàn)任澳大利亞紐卡斯?fàn)柎髮W(xué)國(guó)際酒店管理學(xué)院院長(zhǎng),同時(shí)擔(dān)任國(guó)際旅游與酒店教育領(lǐng)域多項(xiàng)重要學(xué)術(shù)職務(wù),。作為歐洲酒店餐飲及教育學(xué)術(shù)聯(lián)盟(EuroCHRIE)前主席,,她曾長(zhǎng)期服務(wù)于國(guó)際酒店餐飲和旅游教育理事會(huì)(I-CHRIE)及國(guó)際信息技術(shù)與旅游聯(lián)合會(huì)(IFTTT)執(zhí)行委員會(huì)。目前,她擔(dān)任Journal of Service Theory & Practice聯(lián)合主編,、Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Management主編,,并獲選為澳大利亞旅游與旅游教育委員會(huì)(CAUTHE)研究員。Sigala教授的研究聚焦于酒店與旅游服務(wù)管理,、體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)及信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用三大交叉領(lǐng)域,,尤其在葡萄酒旅游數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新方面具有國(guó)際影響力。其學(xué)術(shù)成果包括:主編學(xué)術(shù)專著9部,,發(fā)表同行評(píng)議論文100余篇,,并在多個(gè)國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議擔(dān)任主旨演講嘉賓。2016年,,EuroCHRIE授予其Presidents’ Award (主席終身成就獎(jiǎng)),,以表彰她對(duì)全球旅游教育體系發(fā)展的卓越貢獻(xiàn)。
